Write to [email protected] and include the tool name plus the numbers you entered — it makes formula questions much faster to answer.

What to include

• The calculator page and your inputs
• What you expected vs what you saw
• Browser and device if something looks broken

Before you write

• Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) — most 'broken tool' reports are stale cached scripts
• Check the formula note on the tool page; it may already explain the result
• For scoring differences, compare your league rules with the baseline listed in the result card

Formula sources we accept

Requests land faster when they cite a source: the league's official scoring page, a published study, or Basketball-Reference/FanGraphs documentation. If two sources disagree, we pick the one the major platforms use and note the alternative on the page.

Corrections policy

Genuine formula errors get fixed within days and are noted in the tool's changelog line on the page. We would rather publish a labelled estimate than pretend a rough model is exact — which is why PER and WAR pages say 'approximation' out loud.

Response time

We usually reply within a few business days. Formula change requests are reviewed against the published source before we update a tool.
