What does this calculator do?
It converts a player's box score into fantasy football points under the three dominant season-long formats: full PPR (1 point per catch), half PPR (0.5) and standard (0). The baseline scoring used by most platforms — 1 point per 25 passing yards, 4 per passing TD, −2 per INT, 0.1 per rushing/receiving yard, 6 per TD and −2 per lost fumble — is pre-loaded.
How the calculator works
Enter any stat line — passing, rushing, receiving, or a mix for dual-threat players. The tool totals every scoring rule at once and shows the points per game if you also enter the number of games, which is how start/sit decisions actually get made.
Common use cases
- Comparing a PPR slot receiver to a standard-format RB2
- Vetting 'league-winning' stat lines before trading for them
- Reconciling why your league's numbers differ from a friend's
Formula & variations
Some leagues add bonuses (300-yard passing, 100-yard rushing/receiving, long TDs) or use tight-end premiums. Those change the arithmetic — this calculator covers the baseline formats that the majority of leagues run.
